Management Policy and Philosophy

WMES, Inc. believes that the Administration and Staff of the Academy are to be considered knowledgeable, qualified, professional and capable of operating, and promoting the school by delivering a superior educational product and experience to it’s students and their parents without outside interference. The Administration and Staff although employed by WMES, Inc. should feel that their first loyalty lies with the school itself and the Board of Directors. WMES, Inc. will work with the school administration and staff to the extent the management contract calls for and will be accountable to the Board of Directors. WMES, Inc. will be available to assist, advise, and consult but not to impose.

Ø      Employee leasing exempting the school from MPSERS

Ø      Payroll preparation and all related reporting

Ø      REP Report to CEPI and Personnel files compliance

Ø      Hiring procedures and assistance in the process

Ø      Employee Handbook of policies and procedures

Ø      Benefit package designed for your school and administered by WMES, Inc.

WMES, Inc. In-house Accounting Software access is available through the Internet for charter school unable to afford their own In-house accounting system.

PRICING 

4% of State Foundation Allowance; or schools with less than 200 students are priced individually.

WMES, Inc. In-house Accounting Software access is available independently of any other contract at $150.00 per month:  the Academy is responsible for the cost of setup and training.

CONTRACT 

Length of contract is negotiable, however we prefer 2 or 3 years and that it coincides with the State fiscal school year (July 1st ~ June 30th).
