Woodbridge Group believes that the Administration and Staff of
the Academy are to be considered knowledgeable, qualified,
professional and capable of operating, and promoting the school
by delivering a superior educational product and experience to
it's students and their parents without outside
interference. The Administration and Staff although
employed by Woodbridge Group should feel that their first
loyalty lies with the school itself and the Board of
Directors. Woodbridge Group will be available to assist,
advise, and consult but not to impose. |

Woodbridge
Group was originally conceived by its first school, Crossroads
Charter Academy (CCA), as a much needed alternative to CCA's
first "for-profit" management company.
Woodbridge Group wishes to be a management company that offers
services to Public School Academies that allow the academy to
concentrate on a quality education for the students and that the
academy could not economically provide the service for
themselves. Woodbridge Groups' non-profit status relieves
it from stockholder pressures and allows for careful,
methodical, and sustained growth, being able to always focus on
the mission statement. |
