Woodbridge Group is a Michigan Non-Profit Organization incorporated in May of 2000 and located in Big Rapids, Michigan, offering management services to Public School Academies in the state of Michigan.

Woodbridge Group was originally conceived by its first school, Crossroads Charter Academy (CCA), as a much needed alternative to CCA's first "for-profit" management company.  Woodbridge Group wishes to be a management company that offers services to Public School Academies that allow the academy to concentrate on a quality education for the students and that the academy could not economically provide the service for themselves.  Woodbridge Groups' non-profit status relieves it from stockholder pressures and allows careful, methodical, and sustained growth, being able to always focus on the mission statement.

From July of 2000 to current - Crossroads Charter Academy - K-12 / 630 students.

From July of 2002 to current - West Michigan Academy of Arts & Academics - K-8 / 372 students.

From July of 2003 to current - Byron Center Charter School - K-12 / 169 students.

From July of 2004 to June 2007 - The Morey Charter School - K-12 / 280 students.
